In order to apply for your E-ID you need to apply for an ID card from the Identity Management Office, Gattard House, National Road, Blata l-Bajda, Malta. The opening times are as follows:
Monday to Friday : 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday : 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday : 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m

Monday to Friday : 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday : until 7:00 p.m.
Once you apply and supply your email address, you will be sent a link in order to log into the mygov.mt portal.
