Year 9 students of San Gorg Preca College Hamrun Secondary (ex-Liceo) were able to understand the importance of a balanced diet in order to promote a healthy lifestyle.
The students were asked to prepare a healthy dish at home and write a short paragraph explaining why they consider it a healthy dish, together with the ingredients used.
During the lesson they were taught about the different components of a healthy dish, where red stands for protein, green stands for fibre and yellow for carbohydrates.
