The second cooking session brought together five women from the elderly home and a group of Year 9 KTI students, creating a warm and collaborative atmosphere where skills, stories, and traditions were shared across generations. The activity strengthened communication, teamwork, and confidence among the students while giving the elderly participants a joyful sense of purpose and connection. By working side by side, both groups deepened their relationships, learned from one another, and experienced the value of community through a simple, meaningful activity while cooking Mqarrun il-Forn.
