A group of Year 9 and Year 11 Health and Social Care students visited the Foundation for Information Technology Accessibility (FITA).
Here, they got to learn about the effective use of technology to overcome a number of communication barriers.
At FITA’s premises, they also got the opportunity to experience the use of several technological communication aids; such as the typing and printing of Braille on specialized paper and sensory gadgets for the visually impaired.
It was such a fun and interesting workshop!
Our warmest thanks to FITA Malta
