Three students, one from each Year group: Dezmeja Cauchi, Ja-naya Aquilina and Miruna Mallia represented our school at the Student Council Democracy Awards. The students received certificates of participation for the prior scholastic year on behalf of all students who were part of the Student Council. Present guest speakers emphasized the significance of imparting democratic skills to young individuals that foster critical thinking, tolerance and respect for others in a pluralistic society. Additionally, there was an exchange of best practices, during which the students were divided into groups to share their experiences.
