Students taking Spanish at our school were divided into groups and provided with a disordered plot of the animated film “Coco.” Their task involved constructing sentences from the provided fragments and subsequently arranging these sentences in the correct order. This activity was conducted in commemoration of the Day of the Dead celebration, which is traditionally observed in Mexico, a Spanish-speaking country. The undertaking fostered teamwork and enhanced skills in sentence structure observation. Additionally, the teacher incorporated a musical backdrop featuring soundtracks from the film to enrich the learning experience.
