Three enthusiastic students from Year 10 Spanish class, recently paid tribute to Malta’s national poet Dun Karm Psaila. To honor his literary legacy, they selected one of his poems and presented it in a Spanish translation. The activity was not only a celebration of Maltese culture but also an opportunity to explore the beauty of language across borders. By reading Dun Karm’s words in Spanish, the students highlighted how poetry can transcend linguistic boundaries while preserving its emotional depth and meaning.
