Important notice for year 11 students currently in scholastic year 2025-2026.

If you have missed any annual examination of ICT C3 during your Y7, Y8, Y9 or Y10 and are marked as absent for any reason (e.g. due to illness, personal circumstances or any other form of absenteeism), you can now apply to sit for the exam/s that you missed.  You can apply for more than one catch-up exam.

For example, if you were abroad and joined our school at Year 10 and missed your year 7, year 8 and year 9 ICT C3 exams, you can now apply to sit for the three of them during the catch-up examination sessions.

Catch-up examinations will be held on the dates below:

These are only available for Year 11 students (2025/26 scholastic year).

These exams are NOT resit exams! If you got a low mark during your past annual examination, you cannot apply to redo the exam. These catch-up examinations are solely for students who currently have ‘ABS’ listed as an annual mark (the mark that is worth 60%). Check your MySchool grades for Y7-Y10 to ascertain whether you were absent or not during any of the years. Students who have missed a coursework (worth 40% of the annual mark) will be able to apply to sit for remedial classes during July 2026 at a later date.

Another communication will be issued after the Year 11 ICT examination is held on the 27th February 2026. This will be aimed at Year 11 students who may have missed their upcoming 2026 Year 11 examination.

This option is intended only for students who have missed any of their previous ICT C3 examinations. If a student registered for a catch-up examination is found to already have a recorded mark for that examination, the original mark will be retained.

Applications are via the following online form and close on the 16th January 2026 – No late applications shall be accepted.

A detailed timetable schedule will be communicated to registered students and to our school accordingly.

Do not miss this opportunity. Should you have any queries please ask Mr A. Magri (Head of Department) for assistance in the matter during your ICT lesson or during mid-day break at Lab 107 (Mon, Wed or Thu).
