A group of Year 9 KTI students recently participated in the KTI Spring Fair held in Valletta. In preparation for the event, the students created a variety of Easter-themed items during their lessons. During Home Economics classes, they prepared traditional Easter figolli, learning about the ingredients and techniques involved in making this popular Maltese sweet. In Woodwork lessons, the students crafted decorative wooden Easter baubles, carefully designing and finishing each piece. The activity provided students with the opportunity to apply the practical skills learned in class while working together creatively. Their participation in the Spring Fair allowed them to showcase their work and contribute to the festive atmosphere of the event.
