Yesterday and today, our Year 9 and Year 10 students took part in special assemblies focused on understanding and celebrating neurodiversity.
Students learned that we are all different and unique — we think, learn, and communicate in different ways. They explored how each of us can help make our school and our community a kinder, more inclusive place by:
  • being patient and respectful
  •  including autistic individuals in activities
  • offering help politely
  • respecting personal space
  • standing up against exclusion
We ended the sessions with a simple but powerful affirmation that reflects our shared values:
We accept. We include. We understand.
Together, we can build a community where everyone feels seen, respected, and valued.
